Position Overview

We are seeking a Services Solution Architect to design and guide customer implementation solutions for Tesseract's CPQ, Pricepoint, and enterprise workflow platforms. This role owns the bridge between business requirements and the delivered solution, ensuring that process design, configuration, integrations, data, security, and deployment decisions work together. The ideal candidate combines technical depth, consulting judgment, product understanding, and credibility with customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. People & Team Leadership

The Solution Architect will provide leadership across customer and internal delivery teams. They will guide functional consultants, solution engineers, project managers, customer SMEs, and technical stakeholders through design decisions and implementation trade-offs. The role will mentor team members, set standards for solution documentation, create reusable design patterns, and make sure the project team understands scope, assumptions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.

2. Execution & Delivery

The Solution Architect will turn discovery findings and business goals into executable implementation plans. They will define solution scope, sequence design work, review configuration and integration deliverables, support data validation, advise on testing strategy, and help resolve complex blockers. The role will partner closely with project managers to manage risks, protect scope, support readiness reviews, and ensure customer commitments are achievable.

3. Technical & Product Understanding

The Solution Architect must understand enterprise solution design across CPQ, pricing, workflows, approvals, product and customer data, APIs, integrations, security, reporting, environments, and deployment patterns. They will determine how Tesseract capabilities should be configured or extended while avoiding unnecessary customization. The role requires judgment about scalability, maintainability, data integrity, performance, implementation complexity, and post-go-live support.

4. Communication & Collaboration

The Solution Architect will communicate solution decisions clearly to customers, implementation teams, product, engineering, and leadership. They will facilitate design workshops, document architecture choices, explain trade-offs, summarize risks, and translate between business and technical audiences. The role requires executive-ready communication, structured listening, strong documentation, and confidence in complex or evolving requirements.

Experience and Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have at least seven years of experience in enterprise software implementation, solution architecture, technical consulting, or systems delivery. They should have a proven record of leading customer solution design, managing technical scope, guiding integrations or data work, and partnering with project and engineering teams. Experience with CPQ, pricing, CRM, ERP, SaaS platforms, APIs, data migration, workflow automation, UAT, reporting, or deployment planning is highly valuable.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
