Job Title: Teacher – Academic Quality Specialist

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, tech-savvy classroom teacher to be the voice of the teacher and student inside our product team. You will use our learning programs the way a teacher and student would, catch content and functional errors before they reach schools, and act as the academic quality check on everything we release.

Key Responsibilities

• Use the Lumos programs hands-on as a teacher and as a student — assignments, practice tests, reports, and AI-powered tools.
• Identify and log errors — content mistakes, broken flows, scoring issues, and usability gaps — with clear steps and screenshots.
• Verify fixes before release and re-check content after updates.
• Work closely with the content, product, and tech teams to ensure releases are classroom-ready.
• Share teacher-perspective feedback to improve ease of use, instructions, and student experience.
• Maintain review checklists and quality reports for the content you check.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; B.Ed. preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of classroom teaching experience in a reputed school.
• Tech-savvy — comfortable with online learning platforms, LMS tools, Google Workspace, and learning new software quickly.
• Sharp eye for detail and the ability to spot errors in content and in how a program works.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
