Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualification Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master degree in Computer Science or Information Technologies.

Required Experience: 1-4 years.

• Introduce existing product solutions to the client, gather clients expectation
• Assist in mapping client expectations to the existing functionalities available in the product and services.
• Prepare customization inputs required to meet client expectations.
• Must have good knowledge of Mobile application development processes and business flows.
• Must have good knowledge of Web application development processes and business flows.
• Thorough knowledge of system design. Analyzing business and user requirements. Defining Scope of Work for proposed software solutions. Creating user stories and SRS documentation.
• Performing market research, gathering, scoping, and writing functional and business requirements for software solutions.
• Wireframe Mockups to define logical and information flow and information architecture. Axure experience is a MUST. Experience of Proto.io, Balsamiq, Lucidchats, Smartdraw, Invision, MindMaple is good to have.
• Create Logical Flow Diagrams, DFD, Sequence Diagrams, UML Diagrams, Architecture diagrams of the system to be built.
• Presenting a suggestion set for a given requirement to enhance the user experience of the software.
• Experienced in Change Management, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Impact Analysis, and Gap Analysis is a plus.
• Experienced with agile methodology.
