The Recruitment Manager is the architect of our talent pipeline. Your goal is to design and execute a seamless end-to-end recruitment process that attracts top-tier talent while ensuring a world-class candidate experience. You will lead the charge in employer branding, strategic sourcing, and data-driven decision-making to build a diverse and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand hiring needs and job specifications for various roles across departments. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, social platforms). Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate applicants’ suitability. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Foster a positive and productive team environment. Conduct regular team meetings and individual one-on-ones to address issues and align on goals. Identify training and development needs and facilitate appropriate learning opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
