Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day cafe and bakery operations
• Ensure smooth functioning of front-of-house and kitchen coordination
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards

Team Management

• Hire, train, and supervise staff
• Prepare staff schedules and manage shifts
• Motivate team to deliver excellent customer service

Customer Experience

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Maintain a warm and inviting cafe environment

Inventory & Vendor Management

• Monitor stock levels (ingredients, bakery items, supplies)
• Coordinate with vendors and manage procurement
• Reduce wastage and control costs

Sales & Financial Management

• Track daily sales and prepare reports
• Achieve revenue targets and improve profitability
• Handle billing, cash management, and basic accounting

Quality Control

• Ensure consistency in food, beverages, and bakery products
• Maintain presentation and quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cafe Manager / Restaurant Manager
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of coffee, bakery items, and cafe operations
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic understanding of POS systems and inventory management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
