We’re looking for someone to take charge of our in-house cookie production. Responsibilities include preparing cookie dough, portioning, baking, maintaining consistency across batches, managing ingredients and stock, following recipes precisely, and keeping the baking area clean and organized. Prior baking experience is preferred, along with attention to detail, discipline, and the ability to maintain quality and consistency every single day.
