We are looking for a qualified and dedicated BAMS Doctor specializing in Osteoarthritis (OA) management through Ayurvedic treatment protocols. The candidate will be responsible for patient consultation, diagnosis, treatment planning, follow-ups, and patient counseling to ensure effective management of joint pain and osteoarthritis-related conditions through holistic Ayurvedic care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed patient consultations and assess medical history.
  • Diagnose Osteoarthritis (OA) and related musculoskeletal disorders using Ayurvedic principles.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans including Ayurvedic medicines, Panchakarma therapies, diet, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Prescribe Ayurvedic medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
  • Educate patients regarding OA management, preventive care, exercise, and posture correction.
  • Explain treatment protocols, expected outcomes, and recovery timelines to patients.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and modify treatment plans based on patient progress.
  • Coordinate with Panchakarma therapists, physiotherapists, and clinical staff for integrated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, case sheets, and treatment documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, SOPs, and medical ethics.
  • Participate in health camps, awareness programs, and patient education initiatives.
  • Maintain high patient satisfaction through effective communication and counseling.

Required Qualifications

  • BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) from a recognized institution.
  • Valid State Medical Council Registration.
  • 1–5 years of clinical experience preferred (Freshers with strong clinical knowledge may also apply).
  • Experience in Osteoarthritis, joint pain, or musculoskeletal disorder management will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
