Job Role & Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the multidisciplinary wellness team, including doctors, therapists, nutritionists, fitness trainers, yoga practitioners and other wellness professionals.
• Oversee all wellness operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the department.
• Ensure personalised wellness programmes and treatment plans for guests based on their health requirements and wellness goals.
• Monitor clinical quality, treatment standards, guest safety and overall wellness outcomes.
• Ensure proper coordination between the Wellness, Hospitality, Culinary, Housekeeping and Guest Relations teams.
• Manage team performance, staff development, training and manpower planning.
• Drive operational efficiency, service excellence and continuous improvement in wellness services.
• Develop and introduce innovative wellness programmes in line with industry trends and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare standards, clinical protocols and safety guidelines.
• Enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring a seamless and high-quality wellness experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BAMS or BNYS – Mandatory.
• Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration or Wellness Management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong leadership experience in a wellness centre, integrative healthcare facility or luxury wellness resort.
• Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary clinical and wellness teams.
• Good knowledge of preventive healthcare, integrative medicine and personalised wellness programmes.
• Strong administrative, operational and people management skills.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or guest-centric wellness environments will be preferred.
