We're looking to bring on our next Patient Care Coordinator who will be the first point-of-contact for all of our patient's health concerns. Whether they have a small health questions, want to book an appointment with a doctor, plan a hospitalisation, or book a lab test – Loop Patient Care Coordinator's are there to help.

Responsibilities

• Perform "Welcome Calls" to introduce yourself to new Loop Health members
• Note down member's medical history and concerns in our database
• Book appointments and doctor calls with the patient
• Answer patient medical queries on our app
• Refer patients for consultations with Loop's in-house Medical Team of specialists
• Help book lab tests for the patient
• Coordinate hospitalisations for the patient. Answer their queries related to health insurance, doctors, second opinions, costs, or treatment billing.
• Gather patient feedback on services
• Analyze patient and health data to identify new areas to provide better customer service

Requirements

• 5 years minimum total work experience
• 3+ year experience as a doctor, medical officer, IPD coordinator, patient coordinator, or medical social worker in a hospital or clinical setting
• Minimum 1 year of health insurance and claims management at an insurer, TPA, or broker

• Education: MBBS, BAMS, BHMS degree
• Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good fluency with technology and software tools like electronic medical records, communication tools, and Excel
• Empathetic and caring nature with genuine concern for a patient's welfare
• Ability to support patients from 9am-9pm
• Preferred: experience conducting corporate health camps or corporate wellness activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
