- Perform complex transaction processing across various processes like Withdrawals Terminations Forfeitures Plan to Plan transfers Contributions Vesting Funding Dividends Exchanges External Audits Fees Demographic Census Hardships RMDs QDRO Beneficiary Loans Adjustment corrections processing Excess Processing Rollovers Tax withholdings
Technical Requirements:
- Educational Qualification
- Graduate Post Graduate for India Location
- Minimum Experience
- 2 5 yrs in 401K DC DB recordkeeping operations
- Previous operations and financial services knowledge required with relevant functional experience
- Areas of Responsibility
- Complex transaction processing
- 2 Responding to client queries
- 3 Investigation
- Other Skills
- Proficiency in Oral written communication
- Financial Acumen
- 3 Eye for Detail
- Analytical Skills
Additional Responsibilities:
- US shift 9 30PM to 6 30AM
