Position Overview

  • Role: Customer Support Associate (Voice Process)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers over the phone with banking-related queries (account balance, fund transfers, card services, etc.).
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding bank products and services.

Candidate Requirements
