We are hiring an experienced Coffee Roaster to join our production team in Bhiwandi, Thane. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in roasting Arabica and Robusta coffee beans and a strong understanding of roast profiles, quality control, and coffee production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Roast green coffee beans as per established roast profiles.

Handle and roast different coffee bean varieties, especially Arabica and Robusta.

Monitor roasting parameters to ensure consistent quality, flavor, and aroma.

Perform quality checks through cupping and sensory evaluation.

Maintain roasting records, batch documentation, and inventory.

Operate and maintain coffee roasting equipment.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve production targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–5 years of experience in coffee roasting.

Strong knowledge of Arabica and Robusta coffee beans.

Experience with commercial coffee roasting equipment.

Understanding of roast profiling and quality control.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Basic mechanical troubleshooting knowledge is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Passionate about coffee and committed to producing consistent, high-quality roasts.

Able to work in a production environment and meet production schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 30K to 40K per month
