About the Role

Beanlore is looking for an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead outlet operations, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. We are specifically looking for candidates with a strong café background and experience in the coffee industry who understand specialty coffee culture, café operations, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café
• Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team
• Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure excellent service standards and guest experiences
• Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and vendor coordination
• Control food and beverage costs, wastage, and operational expenses
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company standards
• Analyze sales and operational reports to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in café, coffee shop, or hospitality operations
• At least 3 years of experience in a Café Manager, Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role
• Mandatory experience in a café, coffee chain, specialty coffee brand, or coffee-focused hospitality business
• Strong understanding of coffee operations, café workflows, inventory management, and cost control
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive business performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused, proactive, and hands-on approach
• Experience with specialty coffee, premium café brands, or high-volume coffee outlets is highly preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
