Audit & Accounts

• Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
• Verify books of accounts, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents
• Prepare audit working papers and assist seniors during audits
• Coordinate with clients for audit-related information and clarifications

GST Compliance

• Preparation and filing of GST Returns:
• GSTR-1
• GSTR-3B
• GSTR-2B reconciliation
• GST input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation
• Preparation of GST challans and tracking payments
• Handling GST notices, replies, and departmental communications (basic level)
• Maintaining GST compliance calendar for clients

ESI & PF Compliance

• Monthly ESI & PF return preparation and filing
• Calculation of employee & employer contributions
• Generation of challans and ensuring timely payments
• Handling UAN activation, KYC updates, and employee onboarding
• Assistance in ESI/PF inspections and record maintenance

Payroll & Statutory Work

• Basic payroll processing and statutory deductions
• Maintenance of salary registers and compliance records
• Support in labour law compliances as required

Other Responsibilities

• Maintaining client records and documentation
• Coordinating with departments and government portals
• Supporting senior staff in taxation and compliance work
• Ensuring adherence to statutory deadlines

Pay: From ₹7,000.00 per month
