- Descriptive Analytics: Answers "What happened?" by analyzing historical data (e.g., monthly sales reports).Diagnostic Analytics: Answers "Why did it happen?" by drilling down into anomalies (e.g., why a specific product's sales dropped)
- Predictive Analytics: Answers "What is likely to happen?" using statistical models and forecasting (e.g., predicting next quarter's demand).
