Position: Billing Executive
Department: Accounts
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital billing preferred
Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration,
Salary: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and verify inpatient (IP), outpatient (OP), emergency, and procedure-related bills accurately.
• Ensure all charges for investigations, procedures, medications, consumables, and services are correctly captured in the billing system.
• Process patient payments and issue receipts in accordance with hospital policies.
• Coordinate with insurance/TPA departments for cashless approvals, claim documentation, and billing clarifications.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and patient queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare final bills during patient discharge and ensure all pending charges are updated.
• Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documents for audit and compliance purposes.
• Generate daily billing reports, collection reports, and other MIS reports as required.
• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure accurate charge posting.
• Follow hospital policies, billing guidelines, and statutory requirements related to patient billing and revenue collection.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
