We are looking for a passionate and academically strong Biology Faculty member who can inspire students, simplify complex biological concepts, and help aspiring scientists prepare for competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, concept-driven Biology lectures for Class 11th, 12th, and Dropper students.
• Prepare students for competitive examinations such as IAT, NEST, and other research-oriented entrance exams.
• Develop and update curricula, study materials, question banks, and detailed solutions.
• Conduct assessments, track student progress, and provide personalized academic guidance.
• Collaborate with faculty and content teams to improve teaching methodologies and learning outcomes.
• Stay updated with developments in Biology and integrate relevant concepts into teaching.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Master's degree in Biology or a relevant life sciences discipline; Ph.D. or research experience is an added advantage.
• Strong conceptual knowledge of Biology and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience for competitive examinations is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for science education.
• Candidates from IITs, IISERs, NISER institutes are strongly preferred.
• Research scholars and candidates with strong academic and research backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
