Biomedical Field Service Engineer jobs

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service support for equipment at customer sites. The role requires frequent field visits, strong technical skills, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, and servicing of equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical support and spare parts.
• Provide on-site technical support and training to customers when required.
• Prepare service reports and maintain documentation after each visit.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Travel to client locations for field service assignments.

Required Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and equipment.
• Ability to work independently at customer sites.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment or in the pharma industry.
• Exposure to GMP environments will be an advantage.

Other Requirements

• Valid driving license preferred.
• Flexibility for field travel and urgent service calls.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
