Job Description of Customer Support Engineer for CR/DR
It's MNC & Manufacturing biomedical machines.
Reporting To: Regional/Territory Service Manager/General Manager
1. Territory Management:
Maintain proper account management for assigned territory/sites.
Ensure timely and effective service support and service revenue collection to
all designated locations.
2. Service & Maintenance:
Conduct preventive maintenance (PMS), breakdown repairs, and installation
services. Provide user training on equipment operation and maintenance during PMS
and breakdown service.
Collection of machine logs, film count etc. during all breakdown and PMS service Ensure timely collection of service contracts and execution of service-related
activities.
3. Quality & Compliance:
Adhere to time-bound service schedules with strict quality standards.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting for all service activities.
4. CRM & Documentation:
Update service records and activities in the CRM system.
Prepare and submit installation reports, breakdown reports, service contracts, and performance certificates (hard and soft copies) and other official documents as per requirement.
5. Parts Management:
Ensure proper and timely replacement of service parts to customers.
Arrange the return of defective parts promptly with proper documentation.
6. Additional Responsibilities:
Execute any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
