Reporting to the Zonal Service Manager, the Service Engineer is responsible for generating recurring revenue numbers for the assigned territory, providing technical service and support customers. We are looking for a candidate with strong technical proficiency, cross-functional collaboration skills with scalability

This position is part of the India Commercial Organization located in Renukoot, Singrauli, Prayagraj and will be Hybrid.

• 3-4 years’ experience with a degree in Diploma or equivalent preferably having worked on Hach / similar products
• Willingness to relocate across India basis job / company priorities
• Willingness to travel
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Teamwork and ability to work across cultures, locations, and business teams
• Expertise in MS office. Exposure to Copilot AI tool would be added advantage
• Proactive and action-oriented with an eye for detail
• Self-motivated with a passion for driving business growth in a rapidly evolving market
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Travel: Upto 75%- 80% of total time
