• Prepare the operation theatre before surgical procedures.
• Arrange, check, and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and consumables.
• Ensure proper sterilization and aseptic handling of surgical instruments.
• Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OT nurses during surgical procedures.
• Prepare patients for surgery by positioning them and assisting with patient transfer.
• Operate and troubleshoot OT equipment such as electrosurgical units, suction machines, operating tables, surgical lights, and patient monitoring devices.
• Count surgical instruments, needles, and sponges with the OT nursing team before, during, and after procedures.
• Clean, disinfect, and prepare the OT for subsequent surgeries.
• Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste according to hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain inventory of OT supplies and report shortages or equipment malfunctions.
• Assist in emergency surgeries and trauma cases as required.
• Follow infection prevention and control protocols at all times.
• Maintain accurate records related to equipment, sterilization, and OT activities.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety programs, and continuing education initiatives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
