Key Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors and nursing staff during surgical and interventional procedures.
• Prepare the Operation Theatre before procedures and ensure all required instruments and equipment are available.
• Handle, arrange, and maintain surgical instruments and OT equipment.
• Assist with patient positioning and preparation as required.
• Maintain sterile conditions and follow proper infection-control protocols.
• Perform sterilization and proper handling of surgical instruments.
• Check and maintain OT equipment before and after procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of procedures, instruments, and consumables.
• Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste as per hospital guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and readiness of the OT.

Requirements:

✔ Diploma/B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology or relevant qualification
✔ Previous OT experience preferred
✔ Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization, and infection-control procedures
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ Ability to work efficiently in a clinical environment
✔ Responsible and attentive approach
✔ Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
