Full job description

  • Perform microbiological testing of food, water, and environmental samples.
  • Total Plate Count (TPC)
  • Yeast & Mold
  • Coliform
  • E. coli
  • Salmonella
  • Staphylococcus aureus
  • Bacillus cereus
  • Listeria
  • Prepare culture media, reagents, and maintain microbial cultures.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as autoclave, incubator, colony counter, laminar airflow, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, NABL, ISO 17025, and food safety standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation, test records, and reports.
  • Perform environmental monitoring and sterilization validation activities.
  • Follow laboratory safety and hygiene practices.
  • Assist during audits and quality inspections.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
