Job Summary

We are looking for customer-focused and result-oriented Customer Support Executives to join the Flipkart Customer Experience (CX) team. The ideal candidate should be capable of resolving customer queries effectively, handling complex situations with empathy, and providing the best possible customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and concerns via calls, chat, or email.
  • Provide appropriate solutions while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
  • Exercise problem-solving skills and make customer-centric decisions.
  • Handle complex or sensitive customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
  • Successfully complete the mandatory training and certification process.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
  • Minimum 6 months of documented customer service experience for experienced candidates.
