About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to customers through phone, email, and chat channels. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.
  • Accurately document customer conversations and update records in CRM systems.
  • Follow established processes, policies, and quality standards.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Stay updated on products, services, and process changes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, call center, or BPO operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in voice, chat, or email support processes.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer situations professionally.
  • Experience working in international customer support environments is an advantage.
