Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our support team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver a high standard of service across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and billing
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Meet individual and team performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs, quality standards)
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
• Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills

Preferred Skills

• 06-months experience in International BPO Voice process
• Ability to handle international customers
• Good listening skills and empathy toward customer concerns
• Adaptability to changing processes and technologies

Working Conditions
