Principal Accountabilities:

· Snagging / de-snagging of units and common areas with systems and taking handover of the same from the Projects team.

· Taking daily site rounds to ensure proper maintenance of all structures / building facilities and services are carried out.

· To ensure all the planned preventive maintenance (PPM) activities are being carried out in a timely manner.

· Ensuring the complaint management process is in place and is followed meticulously.

· Maintain the complaint tracker and update daily on the progress of the work.

· Coordinating with individual residents for closure of complaints within TAT and ensuring proper communication on the same.

· Maintaining exemplary relationship management with projects, contractors, govt. authorities, Association / society for smooth complaint resolution.

· Maintain the inventory of RTMI units and keep it ready for showcasing to prospective customers and / or to give possessions in a snag free condition.

· Maintain records and drawings of all handed over common amenities.

· Ensuring the documentation is in place for the handed over assets / services in a tracker.

· Collating and sharing the various site level reports as required by the Management.

· Assisting Manager – FM / Regional FM Head in finalizing the required annual budget for site operations and formulating strategies for effective management.

· To take up all the tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
