A Business Analyst bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions. They analyze operations, gather requirements, and identify process improvements to drive efficiency. Acting as a liaison, they translate complex stakeholder requests into actionable plans for development and QA teams.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.Data & Process Analysis: Analyze data sets to extract actionable insights and identify inefficiencies in current workflows.Solution Implementation: Design system improvements and work alongside technical teams to implement, test, and deploy solutions.Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between business leaders and IT teams, manage expectations, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Documentation: Create clear process flows, wireframes, and project documentation for various audiences.
