Full job description

We are looking for a sharp, organized Business Analyst to support our growing team. In this role, you will analyze our daily workflows, coordinate with internal teams, and help manage relations with external clients. If you have great people skills and love keeping things organized, we want to hear from you! (Freshers Welcome)

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a main point of contact to keep internal teams and external clients aligned.
  • Monitor daily business operations and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Maintain and update internal trackers to ensure all client and operational data is logged accurately.
  • Assist in preparing weekly summaries, clear updates, and simple dashboards to track project health for management.
  • Schedule meetings, follow up on action items, and bridge the gap between departments.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Comfortable with standard office tools (MS Office, Google Workspace) and quick to learn new internal business platforms.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
  • A natural ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and keep files and schedules meticulously organized.
