About Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland and rest of the Europe). The candidate should possess strong domain understanding of Off-Highway Machinery, Construction Equipment, Mining Equipment, Agricultural Equipment, or Industrial Machinery sectors along with proven experience in selling engineering services to OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute business growth strategy for the DACH region. - Identify and acquire new customers in Off-Highway, Construction Equipment, Mining, Agricultural Machinery, and Industrial Equipment sectors. - Promote KSD Technologies’ engineering service offerings including Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Embedded Systems, Wiring Harness Design, New Product Development, Value Engineering, Digital Engineering & IIOT Solutions, Staffing & Global Sourcing Solutions. - Build long-term relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and strategic partners. - Generate qualified leads and convert them into engineering service projects. - Manage complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure. - Conduct customer presentations, technical discussions, commercial negotiations, and proposal submissions. - Coordinate with global engineering delivery teams in India, Germany, and USA. - Understand customer engineering challenges and propose value-driven solutions. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the DACH engineering ecosystem. - Participate in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, customer visits, and networking events. - Achieve revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition targets.

Pay: ₹444,868.00 - ₹556,085.00 per month
