Full job description

Role Overview:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing all day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This includes bookkeeping, accounts payable & receivable, tax compliance, reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, AP & AR.
  • Prepare and file ITR, TDS, and GST returns.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Process and reconcile invoices, departmental billings, vendor statements, and journal vouchers.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and GST reconciliations.
  • Coordinate and support annual audits.
  • Compile, verify, and present financial reports as required.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Hands-on experience with Tally, XERO & MYOB.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, Income Tax, and GST.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience working with a service company or chartered accountancy firm.
  • Early joiners will be given preference.
  • Commerce background (B.Com, BBA, BMS).
  • Postgraduate qualifications (M.Com, MBA/PGDM) or semi-qualified CA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Client interaction and communication skills.
  • Flexible with work timings.
