Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our Accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and supporting in overall daily necessary accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements.
• Assisting in preparing annual financial reports and statements.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Maintaining records of sales and purchase. Managing petty cash.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and handle reconciliations.
• Preparing tax invoices, PI's for the clients as needed.
• Handle tax preparations, filings, and liaise with auditors or tax consultants as needed.
• Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure timely payments for the vendors.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, ERP) and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in [industry, e.g., CA, manufacturing, retail, Building material, Hardware].

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
