Full job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer creditworthiness and financial information.
  • Review credit applications and supporting documents.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and credit limits.
  • Analyse receivables, ageing reports, and payment trends.
  • Coordinate with sales and finance teams regarding credit matters.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and identify credit risks.
  • Maintain accurate credit records and reports.
  • Assist in credit policy implementation and risk management.
  • Support financial analysis and reconciliation activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare regular credit and receivables reports for management.
  • Assist in audit and month-end closing activities.

Requirements

  • For Credit Manager: 2–5 years of relevant experience in credit management, finance, or accounts.
  • For CA Fresher: Recently qualified Chartered Accountant or CA Finalist with strong knowledge of accounting and finance.
  • Good understanding of credit assessment and financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
