Position: CAD Design Engineer – Mechanical
Experience: 3–4 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

We are looking for a CAD Design Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in mechanical design and drafting. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing 2D drawings, 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using CAD software.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models of mechanical components and assemblies.
• Develop detailed manufacturing and fabrication drawings as per requirements.
• Modify and update existing drawings based on design changes.
• Prepare assembly drawings, part drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
• Ensure drawings comply with required engineering standards and specifications.
• Apply GD&T, dimensions, tolerances, fits, and surface finish requirements.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, production, and project teams for design-related requirements.
• Review drawings and resolve design/manufacturing issues.
• Maintain proper revision control and documentation of engineering drawings.

Required Skills

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in CAD/mechanical design.
• Good hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD and any 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, NX, or Inventor.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerances, and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of machining, fabrication, sheet metal, and mechanical components will be preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Profile

• Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, automotive, industrial equipment, or design environment.
• Ability to work independently on design and drafting assignments.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹8,302.84 - ₹40,024.70 per month
