Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Design& Development - CAD Engineer to join our team with Experience of 7 To 8 years minimum

The CAD Detailer will be responsible for developing detailed fabrication/construction drawings, shop drawings, setup drawings, and technical documentation in cordination to support production teams in USA . The ideal candidate has a strong background in CAD software, a keen eye for detail, and experience in custom fabrication, scenic construction, or exhibit building.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for fabrication, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.

· Translate concept designs into precise shop drawings for production and installation teams.

· Collaborate with engineers, designers, and fabricators to refine drawings and resolve design challenges.

· Maintain consistent file organization and version control of CAD documents.

· Ensure all drawings comply with manufacturing processes, material specifications, and safety standards.

· Provide technical support to the production team throughout the fabrication process.

· Identify and recommend design improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

· Participate in project meetings to align on scope, deadlines, and design intent.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar CAD software.

· 7 to 8 years of Experience in custom fabrication, scenic design, metalworking, carpentry, or exhibit construction.

· Strong understanding of material properties, fabrication techniques, and assembly methods.

· Ability to interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across USA departments.

· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plus.

· Experience working for an Exhibit House or Custom Fabrication company in the US highly preferred

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
