Agresen Engineering Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dedicated and technically sound professionals to join our engineering team. We are looking for candidates with 1–2 years of experience, though we highly encourage ambitious freshers with a strong learning mindset to apply.

General Overview

  • Company: Agresen Engineering Industries Pvt. Ltd.

  • Position: Junior Engineer (JE) / Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET).
  • Experience: 0 to 2 Years.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Supervise daily production activities to ensure output aligns with the monthly production plan.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of raw materials and finished components. For experienced candidates, this includes root cause analysis (RCA) of defects.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Team Supervision: Guide and monitor floor operators and helpers to maintain workplace discipline and safety.
  • Reporting: Prepare and update MIS reports, including Daily Production Reports (DPR) and wastage tracking.
  • Process Optimization: Assist the senior management in implementing Lean manufacturing techniques or "5S" practices on the shop floor.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
  • Experience: 1–2 Years: Candidates with experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry will be prioritized.
  • Freshers: Graduates are encouraged to apply and will be enrolled as Trainees.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings.
  • Familiarity with measuring instruments (Micrometer, Vernier, Height Gauges).
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or ERP software (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Personal Attributes: Strong leadership potential, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
