Job Title: Senior Manager – Project Management Consultancy (PMC)

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (Travel across NCR project sites required)

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Salary: ₹12,00,000 – ₹18,00,000 per annum

ABOUT THE ROLE

Bandhoo Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing construction management startup building a scalable PMC business across NCR. We are looking for a highly driven Senior Project Director – PMC who can independently manage multiple projects, lead execution teams, and drive operational excellence.

This role goes beyond conventional project management. The ideal candidate will handle projects like an independent business unit — ensuring timely delivery, commercial accountability, client satisfaction, and scalable execution processes.

Candidates from reputed PMC firms (Savills, Gleeds, JLL, CBRE, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield) are highly preferred. The NICMAR Construction Management qualification is an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Ownership & Revenue Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients across multiple projects

- Conduct regular project reviews, reporting, and stakeholder coordination

- Ensure timely billing, certifications, invoicing, and collections

- Build long-term client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities

Project Delivery & Execution Excellence

- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple interior, villa, and commercial projects

- Manage a project portfolio with aggregate value exceeding ₹50 Cr+

- Ensure delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality standards

- Drive execution planning, resource allocation, and risk management

Team Leadership & Site Management

- Lead and manage a team of 5–10 Site Supervisors/Engineers

- Drive accountability, productivity, and quality across project sites

- Mentor team members and strengthen execution capabilities

Vendor & Contractor Management

- Build and manage a strong vendor and contractor network across NCR

- Handle vendor onboarding, negotiations, and cost optimisation

- Monitor contractor performance for timely, quality execution

Documentation & Operational Ownership

- Maintain control over BOQs, DPRs, contracts, measurement sheets, and billing

- Track project-level P&L, costs, and margins

- Drive process standardisation and build scalable systems for PMC growth

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering

- 8–12 years of experience in Construction / PMC / Interior Execution

- Experience managing multiple sites simultaneously

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

- Deep knowledge of the NCR contractor and vendor ecosystem

- Experience with project billing, contracts, and commercial coordination

Preferred:

- Prior experience at Savills, Gleeds, JLL, CBRE, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, or similar PMC firms

- Construction Management qualification from NICMAR

- Exposure to startup or high-growth environments
