We are seeking motivated and detail‑oriented candidates to join our Audit & Assurance team as Audit Support Staff. The role is ideal for CA Inter students, Article Assistants, and Graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and other assurance engagements.
• Support senior auditors in documenting audit findings, preparing working papers, and maintaining audit files.
• Perform ledger scrutiny, vouching, and verification of financial transactions.
• Assist in data analysis, reconciliations, variance analysis, and preparation of audit schedules.
• Assist in drafting audit reports, management comments, and supporting documentation.
• Support in compliance checks, internal control evaluations, and risk assessments.
• Ensure timely completion of assignments within the required deadlines.

Required QualificationsEducation:

• CA Inter (one or both groups cleared) — preferred
• CA Articles (pursuing / completed)
• B.Com / M.Com / Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and audit procedures
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, and audit tools
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Time management and ability to handle multiple assignments

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in audit, accounting, or articleship is an advantage
• Prior experience in statutory audit or external audit is an advantage
