WE ARE HIRING: Accounts Intern (Remote)
Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and looking to kickstart your career in corporate finance? At Greentiq, we build scalable, cloud-native SaaS products. We operate on a "skills-over-degrees" philosophy—meaning we value your actual talent, execution, and mindset far more than a formal piece of paper! We are looking for an Accounts Intern to join our finance team, maintain maximum financial data precision, and learn how SaaS finance works from the ground up.
JOB OVERVIEW
- Location: Remote (Work from Home)
- Job Type: Full-Time Internship
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Fixed Weekend Offs!)
- Stipend: Competitive (Based on skills)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bookkeeping: Assist in maintaining day-to-day records, expenses, and reimbursements.
- Billing & Invoicing: Prepare invoices, track accounts receivable, and coordinate with vendors/customers.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure flawless data.
- Compliance: Support GST documentation and general corporate tax activities.
- Reporting: Help compile monthly financial and MIS reports.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
(Note: We only require a foundational, entry-level understanding of these skills!)
Must-Haves:
- Strong numerical skills & exceptional attention to detail.
- Baseline understanding of core accounting principles (debit/credit, AP/AR).
- High comfort level with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality with financial files.
Bonus Points For:
- Academic background in finance/commerce (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA, CA Inter, etc.).
- Basic familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
- Foundational awareness of GST structures or payroll compliance.
