  • Perform hands-on tasks: beverage preparation, serving customers, billing, stock refilling, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Lead and guide staff; conduct shift briefings; ensure discipline and grooming standards.
  • Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and maintain service quality.
  • Monitor inventory, equipment, and report shortages.
  • Maintain shift logs and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards

Job Type: Full-time
