Key Responsibilities Customer Service

  • Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
  • Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
  • Handle customer complaints politely and professionally
  • Process payments using POS systems

Food & Beverage Preparation

  • Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to recipes
  • Serve pastries, sandwiches, and other café items
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed

Cleanliness & Maintenance

  • Keep tables, counters, and work areas clean and sanitized
  • Restock supplies such as cups, napkins, and ingredients

Inventory & Support

  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages
  • Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
  • Support team members during busy hours

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for handling payments
  • Teamwork and reliability
  • Prior café or hospitality experience (preferred but not required)
