Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team at Olegio Gastronomy Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely
• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Recommend menu items and promote special offers
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and dining area
• Handle cash, POS systems, and billing procedures efficiently
• Restock supplies and report inventory needs
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve minor complaints professionally
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum high school qualification (preferred)
• Prior experience as a barista or in food service is an advantage
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
