About the role

We’re looking for a Barista who cares about making good coffee and creating a great experience for every person who walks through our doors.

You’ll be responsible for preparing coffee and other beverages, maintaining consistency across every cup, interacting with customers, and keeping the bar running smoothly through the day.

What you’ll be doing

• Prepare espresso-based drinks and other café beverages
• Dial in and maintain coffee recipes for consistent quality
• Handle customer orders and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
• Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
• Follow café processes for opening, closing, cleaning, and daily operations
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
• Help with basic inventory and bar supplies when required
• Contribute to a welcoming, well-run café environment

What we’re looking for

Experience as a Barista is a plus, but it isn't the only thing we care about. We’re looking for someone who is curious about coffee, pays attention to detail, learns quickly, and genuinely enjoys working with people.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
