Job Summary

Looking for someone with Call Centre Experience!

If you love talking to people, we have got the role for you! We are looking for outgoing, energetic & self-motivated people to fill our Inside Sales Agent positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast moving sales environment and is happy speaking to prospects through the majority of the day. Applicant will have opportunity to learn to do business in real-estate industry .

Responsibilities:

  • Primary duties include following up on and nurturing qualified leads using easy to follow up script (NO cold calls).
  • This position is database conversion / appointment setting / relationship building.
  • Use CRM to Input/Manage client & lead databases.
  • An active listener that offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record on telephone.
  • Experience using a CRM database.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Coachable, strong work ethic, persistent.
  • A team first, collaborative mentality.
