Human Resources (HR) Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with department heads.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process.
  • Build relationships with colleges and recruitment partners.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Conduct employee onboarding programs.
  • Ensure smooth induction and orientation.
  • Manage exit formalities and documentation.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns and grievances.
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and events.

Performance Management

  • Monitor employee performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Support managers in setting performance goals.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs within departments.
  • Coordinate employee learning and development initiatives.
  • Support career growth and succession planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • MBA in HR (Preferred).
  • 3–7 years of HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Experience in recruitment and employee relations.
