About the Role : -

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Cashier cum Café Operator to join our growing Café & Restaurant team in Dhanbad. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in café operations, beverage preparation, billing, POS handling and customer service. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day café counter operations while ensuring excellent beverage quality, customer service, hygiene and smooth billing.

Key Responsibilities : -

  • Prepare a variety of hot and cold café beverages.
  • Prepare Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, Americano, Mocha, Cold Coffee and other coffee beverages.
  • Prepare Milkshakes, Smoothies, Mocktails and other café beverages.
  • Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation of all beverages.
  • Handle billing, cash transactions and POS software.
  • Take customer orders accurately and provide professional customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards at the café counter.
  • Manage daily café counter operations efficiently.
  • Maintain proper stock and ensure availability of café ingredients and supplies.

Required Skills & Experience : -

  • Previous experience in a café, coffee shop or restaurant is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of coffee and café beverage preparation.
  • Knowledge of beverage recipes, presentation and hygiene standards.
  • Basic computer and POS/billing software knowledge.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Positive, professional and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy café environment.

Ability to work as part of a team.
