Proof of Delivery (POD) Management

• POD Collection: Retrieve and verify physical or digital delivery receipts from drivers and external agents.
• POD Non-Collection Tracking: Identify missing PODs, flag delayed cases, and follow up with transit partners to resolve gaps.

Billing

• Billing Data Supply: Compile, clean, and provide accurate dispatch, weight, and delivery data to the finance team for invoicing.( Including goods returned data)

Delivery Exception Handling

• Undelivered Goods Tracking: Monitor shipments stuck in transit and analyze reasons for non-delivery (e.g., wrong address, customer unavailable, customer not accepted etc).
• Damaged Goods Logging: Document and report cargo damage, initiate insurance or claim processes, and update inventory systems.

Returns Management

• Undelivered Returns : Coordinate the reverse logistics of failed deliveries back to the original customer or warehouse.

External Agent Coordination

• Agent Tracking: Monitor third-party vendors for deliveries and their payments.
• Vendor Coordination: Maintain daily communication with external agents to resolve delivery bottlenecks and update data.

Daily Reporting

• Daily MIS on Undelivered Items Client wise, Agent Wise
• Pending POD Data with Reasons
• Pending stock at transhipment point beyond 7 days

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gajuvaka (Visakha), Andhra Pradesh (530026): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Logistics: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Hindi (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
• Telugu (Required)
