Job Title: AccountantJob DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and in person.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable tyres, tubes, and related products.
• Provide customers with information regarding product availability, brands, and pricing.
• Coordinate with the team regarding product availability and customer orders.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and pending orders.
• Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and orders.
• Handle customer concerns and coordinate with seniors when required.
• Build and maintain good relationships with regular customers.
• Assist the sales team with day-to-day customer-related activities.
• Share customer feedback and requirements with the management.

Requirements

• Any degree or relevant educational qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage.
• Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 per month
