Cerner Charge Services Analyst (EL 3)
Shift: India Overlap – CST (4:00 AM to 1:30 PM IST)
Location: India
Role Summary
Responsible for build, maintenance, and support of Cerner Charge Services and Chargemaster, ensuring accurate charge capture and resolving charge-related issues in collaboration with Revenue Cycle and PFS teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Cerner Charge Services & Chargemaster (CDM)
- Troubleshoot missing, incorrect, or failed charges
- Support charge pricing, code updates, and workflow configuration
- Collaborate with Patient Financial Services (PFS) to ensure billing accuracy
- Perform testing, validation, and documentation for charge-related changes
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Cerner Charge Services & Chargemaster build
- Expertise in charge troubleshooting and revenue cycle workflows
Good to Have
- Patient Financial Services (PFS) or Revenue Cycle experience
Experience
- EL 3 | Typically 5–8 years of relevant Cerner experience
Pay: ₹267,038.56 - ₹693,111.02 per year
