We invite certified professionals — trainers, coaches, counsellors, educators, and subject matter experts — to join us as Training Partners. This is a high-impact, flexible engagement for professionals who are committed to student transformation and want to build a sustainable income through training.

# Your Role

As a Training Partner, you will:

* Design and deliver engaging, high-quality online training sessions

* Research, prepare, and continuously refine course content to a professional standard

* Guide learners through structured programme pathways and support career-oriented milestones

* Evaluate practical assignments, projects, and career portfolios against defined industry benchmarks

* Officially assess learner performance and certify completion of programme standards

# Eligibility Criteria

You must have:

* Professional certification in Career Intelligence and/or Digital Intelligence

* A proven track record in training, coaching, counselling, or education

* Exceptional online communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

* Ability to conduct online and/or classroom sessions

* A strong passion for driving student transformation, practical skill development, and career outcomes

* Hands-on exposure to AI tools, productivity platforms, and emerging technologies

# Engagement Terms

Work Mode: Remote · Online · Work from Anywhere

Engagement Type: Independent Partner · Flexible

Compensation: Performance-based Revenue Sharing
